Kevin Manara serves as Associate Labor Relations Counsel for the NFL. His responsibilities include the administration and enforcement of the League's policies on personal conduct, substances of abuse and performance enhancing substances. Kevin represents NFL Clubs in grievances filed by players under the NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement, and also advises Clubs on a variety of contractual, disciplinary and other labor-related matters.

Prior to joining the NFL, Kevin was an associate in the Labor & Employment department at the law firm Proskauer Rose. He also has experience working in licensing and marketing for the NBA. Kevin graduated from Johns Hopkins University and earned his law degree with honors from New York Law School.
